“Missy, eat your vegetables!” is a directive that could never be ignored.

On wallpaper backgrounds stolen from our grandmothers' houses, the woodland creatures of the “Eat Your Vegetables!” series are threatening us with their vegetal weaponry and command.

The prints in this series are part of “Punching Cattle on a Jackrabbit”: a body of works reflecting on some of the surreal, beautiful, scary and contradictory aspects of American culture as seen by an outsider.
